There are a variety of ways you can contact Netsafe for online safety help and advice. Visit netsafe.org.nz

You can use our online form to report any online safety issue. We’ll work with you and the online service provider and any person involved in the digital safety matter. Any information you can submit on the form will help us to refer and act on your report.

Netsafe’s contact centre is available 7 days a week from 8am – 8pm weekdays and 9am – 5pm weekends and public holidays. Our Peak periods are between 10am and 2pm each day.Netsafe Chatbot Kora
You can ask questions of our chatbot Kora ( the navy robot icon) from any page on our website in the bottom right hand corner of the website 24/7.
The chat bot is a good first port of call to see if it can answer your question. Every day through more interactions the chat bot is improving its ability to answer online safety questions.
